Please follow the directions on this page exactly to print.
After following the directions below, you will be able to print to the HP5000 (B&W) and the HP5500 (Color) from anywhere. Please pay careful attention to the following steps and follow them exactly.
There are 2 steps in this process. You will need to complete step 1, reboot your computer and then return to this page and proceed to step 2. If you have already completed step 1, you can skip to step 2.
Step 1: Download the VPN Client.
Please navigate in your favorite browser to http://sitelicense.arizona.edu Click on 'No Cost Software'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'VPN Client'.
Click on the button that says 'Download VPN Client Software/Docs'
Fill out the form completely with all your information and click on 'Submit'
If the information you fill in on the form is correct, then click on the 'Windows NT/2000/XP' link in the upper left corner.
You are now presented with 2 options. If you are on campus (the alternate being at home or a coffee shop) click on 'On Campus Download', otherwise click on UA Net ID download. They both produce the same end result and the following steps are the same. Click on the link that says 'UAvpn-4.8.02.0010-2k-XP-Vista(beta).exe.
When prompted, save the file to your desktop.
After the download is complete, minimize your internet browser and on your desktop you should see a file called "UAvpn-4.8.02.0010-2k-XP-Vista(beta).zip".
Double click the file and follow the on screen instillation instructions.
Congratulations, you have installed the VPN Client. You have now completed step 1 of the instillation. Please restart your computer and return to this page to proceed to step 2.
